Ghertner's response to my inquiry was they would "forward my concern to the landscaping company". Not sure I'm happy with that response, but I did notice much of the Liberty Pike easements were mowed today. I hope our "management" company is being proactive in such matters. I suppose I could have contacted the landscaping company myself.

I agree that the response you recieved from Ghertner was ridiculous and I thought that it was their job to make sure this type of stuff was being done. Why do we have them if they are not taking care of things like this? You cannot tell me they did not notice that the landscaping looked bad they should have taken care of it long before I commented on it. We are paying them far more money than they are worth to do nothing. Passing on our comments is not good enough and our committee should not have to do their job for them. Ultimately it comes down to us paying them to do nothing as usual.
