Franklin PD Announcement about Gold Carts
Due to a few incidents ((including one death of a teenager) within Franklin over the last month, the City of Franklin Police Department has issued a statement on golf carts on public roads. Please click on the link below to review the laws regarding golf carts and other low speed vehicles.

Pool Opens May 19th
The pool will be open beginning May 19th. Please take a moment to visit the Pool Information Page for rules, hours and other details. Most every year there are issues with pool cards because of new owners or lost cards so if you try your card and it does not work please go to the clubhouse and talk with our Property Manager in order to get card issues resolved. Office hours are from 10-4 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday. Remember, all residents should sign in at the gate when first entering the pool area. Thank you and look forward to having a great pool season!

McKay’s Mill Swim Team Registration
If you would like to spend the summer swimming and making great friend join the McKay’s Mill swim team. Children who are 4years old and up can be on the swim team as long as they can swim the width of the pool unassisted. Swim team runs May 29th through July 14th. April Music in the Mill April 14th
Performing at Music in the Mill on April 14th at 7 p.m. (At the Clubhouse) is “Paul umbach and the Wineauxs” . Paul is a community resident and former Jive Records Producer , A&R and has worked with Brittany Spears, Aaron Carter and many others. Hes Currently working with previous CMT Duet winners ” Steel Magnolia. A must see evening with fine wine provided by our favorite “Franklin wine and Spirits”.

Another testament to the families of McKay’s Mill is the success Clovercroft Elementary. Since a majority of Clovercroft is made up of McKay’s Mill Students a lot of credit goes to the Children, Teachers and Parents of this great community. In the inaugural year of Clovercroft, we have seen a lot of progress and success that has already made our Elementary School the subject of a lot of praise including the latest write up in the Tennessean. McKay’s Mill Easter Egg Hunt
Rescheduled Public Meeting To Discuss Land Rezoning
****Meeting was originally canceled due to weather, new date has been set******
The Clovercroft property across from the Clubhouse is up for rezoning. Per City requirements, any requests for rezoning or development plans be discussed directly with area residents and land owners. There will be a meeting on Monday, March 26th at 6:30pm located at Parrish Presbyterian Church which is located at 4150 Clovercroft RD.
There will be a presentation on how the developer proposes to develop the land and more importantly, as apart of the development there will be an extension of Market Street that will connect to the development and is planned to connect to highway 96 sometime in the future.
