Live and Play
McKay’s has an olympic sized pool, a clubhouse, exercise room and more at the Towne Centre. Just minutes away from Cool Springs and the Corporate Center Business district, McKay’s Mill has a rich mixture of shopping and business. Plenty of walking trails surround the area.
Pool Information
Our olympic size saltwater pool is located on the south side of the clubhouse. There is also a kiddie pool area for the smaller children. On the concrete area around the pool there are umbrella tables with chairs and also lounge chairs for sunning.
Clubhouse

Towne Centre
McKay’s Mill’s Towne Centre is the very definition of convenience. Featuring stores such as Publix Grocery, Jet’s Pizza, Franklin Wine & Spirits, and more. Come back to stay up to date on the newest businesses and changes in the Towne Centre.

Playgrounds
A playground is also located next to the tennis courts and the clubhouse. It has a large wooden playset with several slides and climbing areas. There is also a gazebo with 4 large picnic tables and benches.
Basketball Court
The half basketball court is located outside the entrance to the Charleston section.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are located just inside the entrance to the Towne Park section. There are two courts available on afirst come, first served’ basis. The rules for usage of the courts are posted at the entrance to the courts. There are several park benches in the area. Please review court usage rules HERE.
Walking trails at Alexandria, Towne Park, and Broadgate
There are three walking trails in our community. Green Trail at Towne Park, begins in the secondary amenity area on the right of the tennis courts. Red Trail at Alexandria, begins at the stone entrance to the Alexandria section. Blue Trail at Broadgate, begins at the west end of Broadgate section at Liberty Pike.
