Important information for our valued residents.

Ghertner is the property management company for McKay’s Mill. They are located at 50 Vantage Way, Suite 100 in Nashville and can be reached at (615) 255-8531.

Jaye Kloss is the Ghertner Property Manager for McKay’s Mill. She can be reached at (615) 277-0343.

Janice Linder is the Ghertner on-site Property Manager. She works 10:15-3:00 every weekday except Wednesday at the McKay’s Mill clubhouse. If you need to see her, you should call and make an appointment because she has to step out of the office from time to time to take care of things around our community, and you may miss her if you just drop by her office. She can be reached at (615) 591-6993.

Community Documentation

As  part of every Homeowner’s Association, there are governing documents that explain the process and agreed upon restrictions.  We are currently undergoing a document consolidation project to make our By-laws, Covenants and Restrictions more easily understood.  Until then below are our current governing documents.
