Green for Green

Water is a valuable resource and as Williamson County grows so does the pressure of using our natural resources.  One of the largest line items in the McKay’s Mill HOA budget is the irrigation of HOA Common Property.  The HOA Board has been looking into a project to plan a path off of costly utility based treated water for irrigation systems and onto a system that will irrigate HOA property using wells that will feed several of the community lakes that we will in turn use to water common property.  What we hope to accomplish with this project is to reduce the dependency on costly utility water  subject to moratoriums during peak usage periods; for a system that is renewable and completely safe and natural which will save our community tens of thousands of dollars annually.  Long story short, we are looking to go green to save green!
