Hi, my name is Kristy Bowman and I am your contact for reserving the McKay’s Mill clubhouse. You can reach me between the hours of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday at my office at the clubhouse or by phone (615-591-6993) or by email (kbowman@cmacommunities.com).
Reservations for a specific date are given out on a “first come, first served” basis. I cannot “pencil you in” via a telephone or email request. To reserve your date, using the button above, download and print the rental agreement, and present 2 checks; one for $350 for a security deposit and the other for $125 for the rental fee (made payable to McKay’s Mill HOA). Please note, the rental fee is $125 effective January 2024.
The checks will be held un-cashed until after your event. The security deposit check will be shredded at the onsite office after the event if the premises are left secure, the rental contract was upheld, and upon verification that the clubhouse was left in the same condition as you found it and that nothing was damaged or missing.
You may cancel your reservation at any time up until 2 business days before your event at no charge.
The clubhouse offers two – 8’ folding tables, two – 6’ folding tables, 3 Children’s tables with 4 stools each, and approximately 40 to 50 folding chairs. You may have rented tables and chairs delivered as well.
The kitchen offers only a small counter with a single sink, a dorm size refrigerator, a standard sized coffee pot, an ice maker and a microwave oven. Most renters bring their own prepared food or have their event catered. The kitchen is intended to be for the convenience of serving drinks and clean up rather than for food preparation.
The clubhouse offers a big screen HDTV, stereo system with an iPod adapter, surround sound and a blue ray DVD/CD player. We have remote controls for the ceiling fans, an easy turn on wall switch for the fireplace, and a separate parlor for intimate seating.
You must provide your own service ware, napkins, dishes and disposables. Trash cans are available inside and outside the clubhouse. The clubhouse provides cleaning equipment and supplies. The supplies are under the sink and are clearly marked. Use only as marked. Paper towels are not provided.
The renter and responsible party must be a current resident of McKay’s Mill and your event must be FOR a current resident of McKay’s Mill.
No tents will be allowed to be pitched on the lawns or in the parking lot.
No fundraisers, religious or political based gatherings, or commercial sales parties are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside the clubhouse or in any of the HOA common areas. This includes the outside deck, parking lot and gazebo.
Your event does NOT include the pool. Separate arrangements must be made for pool parties. View the Pool information here. The conference room is off limits and will remain locked during your event.
You will receive an email with the lockbox code and rental information approximately 3-5 days before your event.
