Update on repairs to roundabout at Turning Wheel

The Board of Directors for the Master Association would like to advise you of an upcoming repair project in the community. Beginning approximately Monday, April 3, 2023, contractors from Centurion Stone and Brightview Landscape will begin the monument sign repairs and irrigation/landscape repairs to the damaged roundabout located at Turning Wheel Lane and Liberty Pike. We anticipate this project taking between three (3) to four (4) weeks, barring weather.

We would like to thank you for your patience while the overlapping insurance claims were negotiated between the insurance carriers who represented the two individuals who separately caused damage to the roundabout on consecutive days. The insurance carriers agreed between themselves on what portion each would pay to the Association, and then both carriers made settlement offers which were accepted by the Board of Directors.
