Special Meeting of the Delegates

The Delegates will hold a meeting for the purpose of voting on an amendment to the 2020 Revised 3rd Amendment to the Declaration to change Sections 9.23 (3) (a) and (b) such that the effective dates in both sections would be changed from April 11, 2017, to January 14, 2020, based on the recommendation of Association’s legal counsel.
