EASTER EGG HUNT -  Saturday, March 31

McKays Mill Easter egg hunt and breakfast with the Easter bunny.
We normally have 2 groups, Ages 0 – 5 and 6+. 

SPRING  YARD SALE -  Saturday, May 5 
8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Anyone wishing to participate will need to obtain a permit either online at www.franklin-gov.com or pick up a permit at City Hall in downtown Franklin for $5.00. Each participating home must have a permit. The City will send someone to our neighborhood on the day of the sale. If you do not have a permit posted, the fine is $75.00. Neighborhood signs will be posted and ads placed in the Friday and Saturday newspapers. Each participant will be responsible for decorating their own mailbox and placing signs in their yard.

McKay’s Mill Pool Party – Saturday, June 9

HOA will provide dinner with all the condiments and soft drinks. Normally a band or DJ will provide great music.  Since the event is being catered, we will need an accurate count of people attending so stay tuned for details.

 

PATRIOTIC BIKE PARADE –  Wednesday, July 4 – Meet at the McKay’s Mill Clubhouse

Children of all ages – Decorate your bicycles or scooters with patriotic red, white and blue. Parents, you can help decorate too – and if your children are too young for bikes, decorate your strollers, wagons, etc.. Special surprise guests will meet us there and escort us around the neighborhood. There will be a prize for each age group, one prize for the best decorated bike/scooter, and one prize for the best decorated stroller/wagon.

FALL YARD SALE – Saturday, October 6 
8:00 am – 2:00 pm

FALL PARTY AT MCKAY’S MILL CLUBHOUSE –  Saturday, October 27 
Balloon artists, pony rides, bounces houses, and dinner.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA AT MCKAY’S MILL CLUBHOUSE – Saturday, December 8
Santa Claus visits McKay’s Mill every year!
He’s making a list, he’s checking it twice. You better come to breakfast and tell him you’ve been nice. Continental breakfast will be served. Photographer will be on site and you can purchase the photos at Walgreen’s.
