On the Brightview HOA Connect page you will be able to submit and track landscape maintenance requests directly to Brightview, keep track of property maintenance schedules, submit photo service requests, and receive timely updates from Brightview account managers. The Brightview Connect dashboard provides real-time weather-related communication and active maintenance requests at a glance.
The Brightview portal also generates notifications when service requests are created, updated and resolved. You can also see the updated maintenance schedule and map for recurring services. The Brightview portal allows you, the resident, to report landscape maintenance issues directly to Brightview.
