City of Franklin ADA Ramp and Street Resurfacing Project (Update)

The City of Franklin has requested that we share information on their ADA Ramp and Street Resurfacing Project which will be taking place in the Alexandria and Scottsdale subdivisions of the Association.

  • The concrete contractor has been delayed with the recent heavy rain events. The vendor should be finished by the middle or end of this week with the ADA Handicap Ramp upgrades.
  • CKM is scheduled to finish lowering the sewer manholes Monday if not completed on Saturday.
  • Jones Bros. the milling contractor for Four Star Paving will start the milling process on Monday morning. It will take approximately 1 week to complete this process and we ask that no one parks on the street from 7am to 6pm. Parking on the street only slows the process. If a vehicle owner cannot be located it will be towed at the owners expense. I have placed notification signs at all the entrances of these sections.

Please pass this information along to the residents. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact either:
