The below community members request to be a candidate for election to the McKay’s Mill Master Association Board of Directors.
Beth Bowlds: I have lived in McKay’s Mill for 20 yrs., and have served on the board for approximately 4-1/2 years. It’s been a pleasure to serve on the board.
I believe the goals and objectives for the Board of Directors are: 1. Enforce current rules and regulations, 2. Enhance the neighborhood
Camille Brecht: 20-year resident of McKay’s Mill and have served on the Social Committee, McKay’s Mill Master HOA board member serving for years as Treasurer, President and Vice President.
I believe the goals and objectives for the Board of Directors are: Make this a desirable neighborhood to live in, by preserving and enhancing our property values.
Mike Franklin: I currently serve on the Master Board and have for many years. I have lived in McKay’s Mill for over 15 years.
I believe the goals and objectives for the Board of Directors are: maintain and improve our neighborhood. To help provide and serve our community as indicated.
Norris Alderson: TN Native – Maury County; Lived in Maryland for 39 yrs. while employed by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). My last position at FDA was the Associate Commissioner for Science. Currently a member of the Master Association Board of Directors and Chair, Master Association Development Review Committee. Member of the US Army for 32 yrs., primarily in the US Army Reserve. I retired with the rank of Colonel.
Currently Treasurer, Tennessee Federation of National Active & Retired Federal Employees (NARFE). Member Sons of the American Revolution (SAR). Previously, President of the McKay’s Mill Master Association Board of Directors.
I believe the goals and objectives for the Board of Directors are: Develop, maintain and enforce policies and procedures that facilitate the maintenance of McKay’s Mill properties in a manner that prospective homeowners view McKay’s Mill as a desirable place to live.
Additionally, as I am retired, I have the available time needed to address the Master Association issues that develop and are the responsibility of the Master Association.
