Thomas “Mike” Franklin, McKay’s Mill Resident. Currently serve on the Master Board as President for the current term (2 yrs) Prior experience includes serving on Fieldstone Farm HOA for 2 yrs, as well as volunteering for the American Red Cross. Why does he want to be elected another term: He believes it is important to maintain the property values of McKay’s Mill and have a great neighborhood to reside in.
Beth Bowlds, McKay’s Mill Resident. Currently serve on the Master Board as Member at Large. Per Beth: My husband and I (plus 3 children, now grown) have called McKay’s Mill home for 19 years. I appreciate the family friendly village atmosphere. I’ve served on the Master Board for >2 years which has given me the opportunity to see what it takes to maintain this atmosphere, as well as protect the value of our homes. I’ve learned a lot and appreciate what goes on behind the scenes on boards and committees which consist of neighbors who volunteer. If elected, I’m happy to continue to serve on the Master Board for another 2 year term.
