As of 5/19/2020, the Master HOA has decided to postpone re-opening of the following:
- Club house
- Fitness room
- Playground
- Basket ball court
This decision will be revisited in two weeks.
Swimming Pool.
As of 5/19/2020, the Master HOA has voted for the opening of the swimming pool on Monday June, 1 Morning lap swim (6:30 am to 8:30 am) opening on Monday May 25. Below are the new rules that will be in place:
- The number of residents in the pool area will be limited. Begin with 75 and will increase over the summer if permittable.
- Residents will have to book on line to reserve time slots (more on that later).
- Swim hours will be from 9am to 8pm. Two-hour time slots from 9am to 5pm and 3 hours time slot from 5pm to 8pm.
- Chairs will be removed from the pool deck to alleviate the time spent sanitizing chairs between time slots. Residents may bring their own chairs.
- A Gate Keeper will check residents in.
- Kids 15 and under must be accompanied by a resident over the age of 16 with a valid identification.
- Time slots will be 2 hours in length. The first 15 minutes will be used to check in residents and the last 15 minutes will be used to clear the pool area.
- The main pool gate will be used for entry and the back gate will be used for exit to assist with keeping residents 6 feet apart.
- Warning signs will be displayed along the pool referencing COVID waiver.
- No pool parties, swim team or outside guests will be allowed this season.
- Drain the kids pool as it cannot meet the 6′ rule.
- One-way traffic down east side of pool deck to maintain social distancing.
- Water fountain will be turned off.
- Vending machines will have a sign that they are not available for use until further notice.
